I think I managed to find the meaning of the title. Seems to be a verb describing the process of "autumn coming" , and it is in its past tense form. I translated it by " the autumn came" as I am not aware of any english verb to express this idea by itself.

Now, wait for a little while, cause half of it is already "worked on", but I'll post it when it is ready.

Ok! Here you are! I am not at all sure I got the right tenses of the verbs and I have strong doubts about some verses' meaning(as you see some of them do not match to well with the others), but that's all I could do. I wish Azim were here to check it for you...

The last two standzas are the same like the ones in the middle of the song, therefore I haven't written the translation again for them.

PS: have you notived that the song is not at all "dangerous"? You could have handled a "live translation" without taking any risks. Nice song, by the way; I downloaded it while translating it, so to see what am I working on).

There aren't many differences, and I tend to agree that your translation is better than mine.
Just one small correction for both of us lol:
Κιτρινίσανε του έρωτα τα φύλλα I think it is actually: The leaves of passion yellowed. Cause τα φύλλα is in the nominative, which makes it the subject while του έρωτα is in Genitive and is a determination for τα φύλλα . Therefore
του έρωτα τα φύλλα should be: the leaves of passion.
Just my opinion.
