These two verses shouldn't be taken together as in : And to tell you about all ours, the night is not enough for me = one night is not enough for how much I have to say ?

Yes,the meaning is actually that,however he uses a strange way to say it. In that case it would be "gia na sou pw" instead of "tha". With "tha" he shows a certainty as in "I'll tell you about ours,whatever happens".The next sentence comes to state that indeed the night is not enough for the above,but it's like he has used a fullstop after the first one. It gives me the impression of being frustrated when telling this,so the sentences don't have the connection they should.It's like one is independant of the other.
