Giati me ponese o theos?
Giati ti exw kanei?
Exeis dikaioma na zeis
omos exeis pethanei!
Koita loipon tin fili sou
Koita apo psila,
ti pono exei mesa tis
bathia mes stin kardia...
Mou leipeis filaraki mou
kai oso pernaei o kairos,
mou leipeis perisotero
kai niotho pos me sterise o theos!
Twra egw proseuxomai
na'sai eutixismenos
ekei psila ston ourano
sta sinnefa xwmenos.....
Kai den tha argisei o kairos
gia na sinantithoume,
ipomoni filaraki mou
kai pali tha brethoume!!!!!
I wonder are you ok over there?
High up in the stars
You left far away
You went into the hands/(arms) of God
Why did you hurt me, God?
For what have I done?
You have the right to live
But you have died
Look, however, at your friend
Look from above
What hurt she has inside
In the depth of her heart
I miss you my beloved
And as time goes by
I miss you even more
And I feel that God has deprived me
Now I pray
That you are happy
There high in the sky
(Tucked away?) in the clouds
And time won’t go slow
Until we meet
Patience my beloved
And we’ll find each other again!
