Ta Magia - Mikis Theodorakis

On a "best of Mikis Theodorakis" album there's a beautiful version of the song "Ta magia" (performed by a woman whose name I'm not sure of). I've been looking for the lyric for this song ever since I heard it, but without success. Anyone...? I can read both Greek and Latin letters, so any version would be helpful!

Also, a translation would be great! I understand parts of the refrain, plus "Molyvos" and "Mytilene"....
