ok, only cos i deleted my translation and you said you would want to compare i m sending this please dont get this wrong ok? cos your translation is perfect.

- but τα σκαλιά could be translated as 'rungs' rather than 'seat'

-να σπάσει σα γυαλί τη μοναξιά μου
to break theglass of my lonliness (I think this would be better as 'breaking my loneliness like glass rather than breaking the glass of my loneliness)

-έγινες αναστεναγμός (you became a sigh)

well.. these were the only little different bits.. but your translation is perfect, another one is not needed here well done my girl!!!

Ah, well, I just can't seem to synchronize with you, can I?! I was editing my post trying to remember how you translated τα σκαλιά. I couldn't remember, I looked again in the dictionary and it said stairs(like the stair of the house).

If I could have only waited for a while, I'd have seen your post with all the corrections!

Yeah, patience is definetely not my strongest virtue

oh i m sorry.. i m really sleepy.. i didnt realise you wrote stairs.. dont know how, i thought i read seats.. cos stairs and rungs are the same thing!! Anyway, I always do that when i m tired.. so emberassing!! See.. that means youve made no mistakes in that line !!!

No, no, no: you saw correctly! I did write seats in the first translation. Then, while you were writing your corrections, I changed it to stairs. Then when I saw your corrections, I changed it again to rungs!!! LOL!

So it was a mistake in my first translation!

Im happy to hear that actually.. cos everyone is telling me to go and get my eyes checked and i keep telling everyone that my eyes are as well as a rabbits!! :P:P but i thought dah! If i see 'stairs' as 'seat' then .. maybe it is time i pay a visit to the opticians and get myself big thick glasses hahahaha

P.S. i think your translation is excellent!! And it is even better that you re learning from your mistakes... keep up the good work and soon you ll be correcting the mistakes of the native greeks

LOL! LOL! Now you can relax: there's nothing wrong with your eyes and you don't need big, thick glasses!!
