Help with name/artist of a song

Hello all,

I need help identifying a Greek song that I recently heard on radio but was unable to catch the name of the song & the singer.

What I remember are these words at the start -
" Itha sto ipno mia vrathia,to Papaiouano vre pethia".

I heard from someone it could be sung by H. Alexiou.
Anyone???

Gee, I haven't heard this song in close to forever. I remember it, though.
The lyrics were something like this:

Ida ston ypno mia vradia
Ton Vamvakari, vre pedia
Na lei ti Fragkosyriani, manitsa mou
Ke mou 'dose mia simvouli

Hmm... I'm not sure, but I think it was Rita Sakellariou who sang it.

Thanks panselinos thats the one I'm after. The last time I heard this was way back in the '80s.Its just the other day I heard it on radio and just wanted to know the name of it & who sings it because its a good song.
Its good see that someone remembers it though
I'll look up R.Sakellariou on Youtube and see if I can find her there.
