Please help! Can't find catchy song title!

I can't find the name of this song! It plays on CBS, advertising the new Wednesday night slot of "Out of Practice" and "Courting Alex". They only play parts of the song and the most I could make out of it was, "Happy and you know it" (following line of lyrics sounds something like "woman on the floor"...could be totally off though). I would consider it to be rock (male singer as well). Anyone have any ideas? Please help!!

P.S. - The advertisement is still running, most likely up until Wednesday night (March 22) when the shows air.
