Moscow tunnel video and song

A friend sent me a short video of a famous highway tunnel in Moscow that apparently is well known for freezing over and causing wrecks. The video is from the Moscow traffic cameras and shows several cars, buses, and trucks, slipping and sliding through the tunnel. No gross wrecks or fatalities, just a ballet of autos sliding to a great music score.

Anyway, the music score is in English with a female singer and has an awesome beat to it. I want to know who it is and what the name of the song is !!!! I have searched itunes for every female artist that I thought it was, but no luck so far.
