I don't know if this is it, but there was a song called "A DOLLAR'S WORTH OF PENNIES" written by Irving Berlin

actually, I just found it. It was by Tommy Roe, in 1970. Now my problem is there is no where to download it. Tried bearshare, limewire, and bitshare with no luck. Any Ideas???
