Identify "Bounce" Song

To any "house music" experts out there:

I'm Joe. About 1993, I heard a song the DJ said was called "bounce", supposedly by Doug E Fresh, on a radio station in Chicago, at about 92 FM. The main lyrics were: "bounce, people let's bounce, c'mon let's bounce, people let's bounce, yeah..." I've searched everywhere I know, and investigated Doug E Freshs' output, some of which I like, but which seems more "bubblegum" than this song, which was much edgier than most of his songs.
Whether the song qualifies more as "house" than rap, it was a killer song, with a funky beat and piano grooves. Please help me identify the song and artist(s). Thanks
