Need identification for a clubplay song

Hi all,
This might sound silly, and it might be a very popular song, but i cant seem to find it, since i dont live in a english speaking country.
I am looking for a clubplay song, i think its a recent one, and it starts with something like ' All the boys and girls in the world' and goes on, and these lines keep repeating all thru the song.
Any help will be appreciated very much, i really the song, and would love to have it.
