Techno/Trance ID

I'm looking for any information on a techno song that I got on a mixed CD.
At about 60 seconds into the song there is a metallic voice that says "I am the Creator" and then there are very few other lyrics in the song.
It has very driving, heavy bass and more robotic/metallic sounds.
