Don't know this one song, please help.

Ok, I don't know much about what the lyrics are, since I couldn't really understand them. But I do know that it's an R&B song, it starts off with an acoustic guitar playing, and they sound like Boyz II Men. If anyone knows this song, please give me the name, thanks in advance.

It's not that new, I'm geussing from the late 90's. At least that when I first remember hearing it on the radio.
