Assistance Identifying a song...

Hello,

For many many months now I have been unable to find out the name or artist of a song saved on my computer. I can't remember where I got it, and it's problably only half the file it should be.

I've tried free services such as Tunatic and MusicBrainz and have had no results. I've tried Googleing some of the lyrics and have been unsucessful. I'm sure others out there are more accomplished at Google than I am, or will problably recognize the song, so I turn it to this community of many for assistance.

The Song Tags listed on the file are problably not right, I've tried Googleing the name and artist display but some up empty handed. And I've been able to interprite at least this much from the lyrics:
