Nash Bridges Song

I heard a song on a rerun of Nash Bridges a few days ago and need help in Identifying it. The name of the episode was The Great Escape and its from season 2. The only remember a few lyrics. They go like this,

I dont quite remember all the lyrics, Please help. i've been searching the internet top to bottom for almost a week and havnt found anything.

I too heard the song on the episode The Great Escape and the lyrics were as follows...Why does time go so slow, when you're far away from here...couldn't bear to let you go but then you left and took my heart and i don't want to see you standing in my tears i see your reflection in the corner of my eyes...standing in my tears holding you is easy for just one night but there's too many sad goodbyes.

I have looked all over the net and cannot find it. Does anyone know the song I am looking for??
