I have been trying to find out the name of a song for years. I dont have much to go on and i am not even sure of the words. I think some of the words are, This is the night, This is the night, This is the night. Give a little ou ee ou live a little. Its about 8 minutes long and there is a lot of sampled drums and voices. At the end there is a sound like a cat meowing and the sonar ping on a submarine repeated. Like i said i am not sure about the words as they sound like someone singing on the phone. Any help would be brilliant. Please help

I found too many possibilties when I looked for the lyrics, "This is the night".
Also, I did not find a song with all of your lyrics.
Need more input. Is a male or female singer? Is it pop, rock, country, etc?
