It kind of sounds like Missy Elliot, but I know it's not. The lyrics are: "I look too good to be innocent...I look too good to be wearing this necklace...I look way too good to be..." and so on, if anyone knows the name of this song or who sings it, I would really appreciate it if they could let me know.
