Can you identify the group and video?

The video is in black and white of a group playing on the streets of New York. The singer, in black leather jacket, is lying on the footpath with people walking past him; at times he sings "into" the footpath. One guitarist plays on the ledge of a building with the Chrysler building in the background. The drummer also plays behind his kit in the street.

I saw this on a UK music channel, but no title/group was given.
