Default Acoustic Song soft ballad from the 90's

Hi I'm looking for a (possible) top billboard song I believe is from the 90's. It's a soft ballad and the main instrument is an acoustic guitar. I believe a man (could be a woman) sings it but he don't have a heavy voice a very soft one to be precise (reminds me of the lead singer of Take that). Imo the song sought of remind me of those you would hear at those Medieval /Renaissance fairs. Can any one help me?

P.S I've had the suggestions from yahoo answer but these aren't the song
Possible 'More Than Words' by Extreme
    Tesla - love song
when you say nothing at all- Ronan Keating

This is the 90's ballad that reminds me of Renaissance Faire music:

"Kiss From A Rose" by Seal

Try this "To Be With You" by Mr. Big http://youtu.be/5QD5n98R_nk or "Just Take My Heart" by Mr. Big http://youtu.be/rnWKxaDKBHI
The first song hit #1 in America while the second one just missed the Top 10.

no those aren't the song. I think I may throw ppl off by maybe getting something wrong in my description. The Kiss by a Rose is kind of how the instrumental goes (in terms of it being Renascence style sounding) and the singer has a easy soft voice like Seal. I don't know the lyrics of the song it's just one of those songs that you hear sometimes randomly over the radio and you forget all about until you hear it again. To be honest I really don't know definitely if it top the billboard charts in the 90's but I would assume so seeing that it do get played on radio stations quite a bit but i'm heavily assuming that it's from the 90's.
