Hard house /techno/electronica track

Just heard this on the radio in London so am guessing its currently on release but might not be.

I'm not great with the categorization but I would call this hard house.

Lyrics are a woman's voice, saying something like "here is my confession" "you make me crazy and you bring me down"

Fat electronic beats, got to have it. Please help identify it.
