ATTENTION! Need help finding name of dance song!

Hey guys,
I keep hearing this dance song and I still don't know what it's called.
All I know is that it is a dance song and right at the beginning it goes:

"AAATTENTION! (then there is a loud horn sounding) AAATTENTION!"

Lol I know it sounds a bit funny but it's got a really cool beat. Somewhere in the middle the guy starts saying all this stuff in another language (possibly latin?)

If anyone knows the artist or song title, please let me know because I would really like to find out!

i know a heavy metal song by rob zombie where a guy speaks another language but anyways was it like rock rap or what? the name of the song by rob zombie is living dead girl.

The song is a dance/techno/house sort of song. At the beginning the horn sounds like a horn from a ship or shomething and the guy shouts Aaaattentionnnnnn! Maybe I'll record the song in WAV format and make a link on this site...
