I'm looking for an R&B song from around 2001-2002. I remember the melody (which I obviously can't type) however I don't remember a single lyric. It was by a female artist who was more or less a one hit wonder.

I do however remember the music video to the song VERY well!! It was set in a New York laundrymat. The singer is doing her laundry in there and then soap starts gushing out of the machines and she and some other people in the video do a choreographed style dance in the midst of the suds. I believe at the end of the video she calls her boyfriend from a payphone or something like that.

I think she had a short name and went by one name. Maybe "Nia" or something like that. But I could be wrong!!
