90ies house song...

hey everybody,
there's this song i heard and it reminds me of 90ies house, it's a woman and she sings repetitive:
release or believe (i don't know)
it goes a bit like this:
release, release, you got to believe (release)
...so free, oh so free... she, release...base and rythm make you move and...
and it goes on and on...;-) can anyone please help me?
