who sings this!!!

hey hey. i joined this forum just so i can figure it out so...

I was in Forever21 shopping and i heard this song. It kinda sounds like something you might here on an OC soundtrack (maybe the Thrills, Dios Malos, Nada Surf) the guy singing it just kinda had a muffled, monotone sound but the music was happy and funky.

the only lyrics i remember in the chorus were "Lets go to Antarctica"

all i know is i was shopping and i looooved this song. but i cant figure it out. so some song music lyrical master out there HELP me!!!! thanks a lot.

i don't know the song. but you can try to go back to the store and see if they can help out. most stores like that have a few CD's that they play over and over again, and chances are pretty good that one of the salespeople will know which song you are talking about. just a suggestion......
