Solved: Help identifying song by my poor quality "audio clip"

all ive got is a audio clip on my computer of the song wich i couldnt add to this post.

Its a trance/electro song from the early 2000s i believe. I dont know much about it other than ive heard it a dozens times from when i was younger (im 20 now).
