Hey, looking for a song thats going round clubs at the mo, its a fairly standard beat dance song.

There is a typical drumline / instrumental, and a guy periodically says something that sounds like:
'shika shika, rah rah' 'shika shika, rah rah' in moderate voice, he says it quite a few times over the instrumental.

Anyone have any ideas?
