Help identifying song "Fire Brigade" ?

I will seriously pay $10 to the first person who can ~definitively~ identify a song for me from the lyrics. i have the song on tape somewhere, but can't find it at the moment. i heard this great song in the mid-eighties that i would think would be called "Fire Brigade", but it's not the Move song. it sounded very post-punk era, like somewhere between 1980-85. the lyrics that i can remember are as follows:
