O.K., I think I know what you're talking about.

This particular folder refers to how many replies to the topic. In other words, if there's a lot of replies, then the folder I just posted (which means it's a hot topic) will be displayed. There's a total of six different folders. They're shown at the bottom of each thread (topic).
