Default [SOLVED] Song from late 60's/early 70's

My brother and I both remember a song we've had no luck finding, would likely have been in the 1969-1973 time frame, on AM radio in the Detroit area (probably off CKLW AM). The feel was *kind of* like The Stampeders, "Sweet City Woman," up beat pop with a bit of folk to it. The lyrics we remember...

    Chorus:
    "Wine, women and song
And we're glad you came along.
    Wine, women and song,
    Everybody on the lawn"
(or maybe something in one verse about __ "all night long")"

    PART OF A VERSE
    "Good night riverboat (beautiful?) lady,
    I'm off to California,
    Good night riverboat (beautiful?) lady,
    (and don't say I didn't warn ya?)"

My suspect is the song 'Terry Stafford - Wine, Women And Song', but i didn't find any source to listen to it
It's on the soundtrack of the movie 'Wild Wheels' from 1969

    Wurzlsepp,

The Terry Stafford version doesn't match the lyrics...

Sorry Dan, no cigar. I listened to song and the lyrics don't match at all and the style is also totally different from the Stampeders song

A long time later, I found it... it's Timothy (Eaton) - "Riverboat Ladies" (1972).
