Please help me identify these 2 songs

First song- In the beginning, it goes 'Heyyyyyy' and then something like 'I said I want a lot of attention'. I really can't remember the whole song, but it mentioned something about Cleopatra in it's lyrics, and the 'Queen of the Nile'

Second song- It's a classical music song; the song sounds very sad. Since I can't really describe it here, here's the .mp3 of it:
