sounds like the byrds or the beatles
cant remember much of the lyrics except ...

" i wish i were like the gypsies with the danicing bears that follows him around.."

and then it goes on to talk about how the wish they were like a couple other things and then the gypsies again
please help if you know the name of the song or who its by
