Song from "Out Cold"

Hey,

Can somebody please help find out what this song is called, it's from the movie Out Cold. Its the song where Rick(main character) flashes back to when he meets Anna at Cancun, Mexico. It's the same song that Anna tells Luke to play on the jukebox the second time, NOT the first which is baby got back. Its also in the movie Mr Deeds when he goes to sleep in the beginning(If you have it on DVD the timing is 19:45 into the movie, that is 19 mins and 45secs into the film from the beginning).
