Identifying a song...

Hi,

I'm trying to figure out the song title and the artist of a song that I heard while shopping. Parts of the lyrics go:
"just to be dancin'"
"summer days"
"water's crystal clear, fishes disappear"
"throw a stone, walk alone"
"brings a tear to your eyes"

and most strangely of all, the chorus sounds like the singer's singing, "Buffalo ghost, hang around here."

It's a slower paced song; the singer is female and has a sort of husky voice. It's sort of alternate/folk/pop.

Any help would be appreciated!
