Identify help

I've been searchin for this song all morning and havn't got a clue. It's a hip-hop song that I heard over the radio, not sure if it made it to the charts or anything. I know the song ends with what sounds like Missy Elliott (I don't think she was the main artist in the song) doing a verse almost acapella, except it has cello/bass in the background that keep playing these two notes over and over. Any ideas? I hope that wasn't too vague.
