a remake of darling baby by the elgins

there's this song i heard the other night on 105.9 fm... it's the same lyrics as darling baby by the elgins and oldies song... but the song i heard on the radio was like a remake with a guy in it doing background vocals it sounded kinda reggae-ish... i love the song.. please if anyone knows who it could be please i'd appreciate it.. thanks. =]
