Need help on finding a song!!

on April I was up late watching TV, it was about 1:00 AM and I saw an awesome music video like none I have ever seen. I got its name and title and everything. but more often I am beginning to think that music video was my imagination cuz I was up late and tired.

Artist = Bashekia
Title = Bla Bla Bla

(at least thats what I THINK I saw)

The video was of a blonde woman, 22-35 years old in blue goggles, dancing in the rain (in a room?) I dont remember the lyrics exactly although the melody is crisp in my mind. But she does say "bla bla bla" in some verses of the song.
I have searched all over the internet and on Kazaa for "bashekia" and found nothing. THere is NOTHING about her on google! However I found many hits when i searched for titles with "bla/blah bla bla" and got about 5 differetn songs of these and none of them were the one.

Please anyone if you know the name of this song or where I can get it, let me know. Or any other place where ppl might be able to help me.

I SWEAR I saw this video, i was not high or drunk or anything.

Oh P.S: I am living in Europe right now so the song may have been an indie and not an official album release, which may be the reason why it is unknown, but then: how would it get on the TV network? And yes, she was singing in English.

I think you're thinking of Gigi D'agostino. it was kind of a bigger song in europe (he's italian). I'm not too familiar with most of his stuff but since it was all released in Europe you should have a much better time finding it where you are than here in the states.

I said WOMAN. And no it wasnt Gigi D'agostino, I already spotted that song and downloaded it, and it wasn't the one. Well I knew that before I DLed it, but the name "Gigi" sounded femanine so I gave it a shot. Also, we have many songs here on TV from USA as well. Mostly we have popular musicvideos from USA/Canada and the new ones in Bosnia, where I currently reside.

I repeat: WOMAN, blonde, wearing goggles, dancing in the rain, keywords "Bla bla bla" or "blah" (whatever) And supposed artist name is "Bashekia" but there was no such keyword existing on google, and there are like 50 songs named "blah/bla blah/bla blah/bla"

Thanks anyways for trying to help. Anyone else???

EDIT: No its not Cardigans.

As for what type of music: I may be wrong so I dont wanna mislead anything. It is probably (by my knowledge) pop. It is not hip-hop, rock, country or anything like that.

Also, I have a faint memory that she also sings the word "believe" in her song. And no its not Cardigans - Do you Believe, i tried that one.
