Song in the background of It gets better video by SAP employees

Gosh I would be so grateful to anyone that helps tell me what the song is and who is singing it. I have been trying to search for the past two days without any luck.
A woman is singing it and some of the lyrics are ' i don't know what to do it will be my darkest hour. I need someone to listen, I will come with you, I will come with you.'

It does sound depressing but it yet it's so beautiful.

The name of the song is “My Shoes (For Jeffrey)”. It was written by Adam McChane and performed by Pamela Martin. Adam informed me that he will be remixing the song into a more digestible 3-4 minute version soon that will be available for download
