Solved: Listen to this sample and ID this 90s/early 00s dance song?

Hey guys,

Okay, so I have this song stuck in my head, though I really only have the tune. I do know it is sung by a female.

I can only remember that one portion of the song, but for some reason the song I'm looking for sorta has a "music sounds better with you" by stardust and "missing" by everything but the girl vibe-- that sorta chill-out, house scene during the 90s/early 00s.

Anyway, the sample that I have, I sorta played the tune on a virtual keyboard, so the rhythm is a bit off. But the tune is there. And I believe that is the chorus.

Actually she's singing "In this white wave, I am sinking ..."
But at first listen i heard the same words as you did
