Only remember the music video, need help identifying.

Hello everybody,

I used to have this music video on my DVD, I didn't know the singer, don't remember the name of either the song or the singer, I only remember the music video and the melody. The melody keeps popping up in my head now and then for many years now and I'd like to find it.

The song is probably from around 1999 or somewhere around that time.

The singer is a woman.

The video was in low colors or maybe even close to black and white, it started with a picture either on the wall or desk which told the story of a couple being in love. I remember there was a kiss. And the main thing the video had very bright (comparing to the other colors) red rose petals, which were flying around, I remember them flying to the woman and covering her body.

The singer had some shiny big scarf or something similar that was in her hands.

I can't remember any lyrics, all I remember she often sang "shalalala shalalala shalalala ea ea...."

Anybody knows this song/music video?

Update, the name of the song came to me somehow today, years later! And I found it.
