I need help with a Chinese or Taiwanese Techno song... please!

I was watching this movie "Eternal Summer" and there's a song that's driving me mad!! I can't find it anywhere, no ost, no one seems to know.. I would really appreciate if someone could help me find it... it's a techno song with a "Chinese touch".. you can see what I'm talking about here, it's the one you hear from minute 10.
