Help me identify a spanish song

Hi,

I just got back from a holiday in Spain, and in a restaurant, there was a Spanish music tv channel on (latino4?). A song came on, and i just managed to catch either the artist or title. It was something like Manquiana.

The song is sang by a woman, and in the video, she is wearing a black dress and is singing into an old fashioned silver microphone.

Sorry I couldnt be more descriptive, but does anyone know what this song is?
