have been trying to find out the title of this song for too long.
the chorus goes like this "If ever you want somebody, someone to tell you its alright, if ever you need somebody, give me your hand and hold on tight'\
and finishes with Ill be here/there"

i know exactly what song you are talking about but i'm in the same situation, i don't know either the artist or the song title, and there are no lyrics posted on google or anywhere i have found. i've tried browsing through itunes music store but that seems slow and ineffective.

its a rock/pop type song, medium to short length
