Club song

I've heard this song when I've been out in the clubs where I live but haven't been able to figure out what its called or who its by. Its a dance track and it has a very distinguishable sound. Every time its cycled through the main riff there is a womans voice singing what sounds like "come on baby." Any ideas anyone?
