Help me identify this Native American song

I had this song on tape a decade ago and I lost the tape. A couple of weeks ago, I heard it on the radio (NPR). I downloaded their podcast which contained the time segment in which a clip from the song was played, and I recorded it. I emailed NPR several times but they say they don't know what the sound clip was taken from.
