Doe anyone know the name and artist of these partial lyrics?

The artist is a male US singer, who made a least one album which I bought in 1970.

i've been trying to look for the titile of this song. the lyrics goes like... "there are times when you're moody, times when you're blue..." sorry, but that's all i can remember, so far. it's a 1970's song i guess. thanks
