help me find the name of this arist and the name of this song please.

I really can't remember a whole lot of the song I do know it is back in the 1990-1995. Here are some of the song I fall to piceses and I can make it on my own. I do know that a woman sing it. I'm sorry I can't remember any other words. If I can find my tape that I record that song on then I will put more of the song on it.
