British guy talks over music about what he's doing

Hiya,

I know this is incredibly vague, but it's all I have to describe the song I'm looking for. I'm looking for a song that isn't parklife or the sunscreen song in which a british guy talks about walking up, coming downstairs, eventually heading out...

I think he briefly mentions his mum at one point, but I may be wrong. If anyone knows of any song that could remotely fit this bill I'd be very appreciative!

You're right, it is impossibly vague. Unfortunately it's something I only barely remember and am at a loss to find. I don't remember the background music at all, only that he sounds about thirty. I think I'm going to have to give up on this one. I guess I was hoping that anyone who had ever heard a song with a guy talking might list it in the hope it was the right one.

I'm pretty sure it's earlier than the streets. Plus his accent is different (sort of like Richard E Grant but a bit deeper), thank you for suggesting though.
