[SOLVED] What is this song?

Hello,
i listened a very nice song last night at the radio but i couldn;t find out which was...i have very few info about it and i hope someone will be able to help me.
the singer was male with a very particular accent,thats why i couldn identify many lyrics, and i believe its an old song maybe 80s or even older.i heard it on a classic rock station whatever this may say for the song genre :P
the only lyrics i remember is "i think i talked to you in my dreams last night" and "i cant stop carrying about you" or something like that...
