Solved: I remember the music video but not the song, please help

Hello,
I cannot remember the song but its music video had a bar/pub/tavern setting and a girl with long hair was lip syncing the song (the original singer which we don't see was a woman). Back vocals were also three girls. All the other people in the place were also children and drinking milk and dressed as adults like mafia/gangsters (like striped jackets and vests) The video has a black/white or sepia tone.

Thanks for the answer, it resembles what I described but it is not the song I am looking for. Mine is not that old, it was popular 3 or 4 years ago.
