Default An old melody title and author

I know that it was a woman singing and I know some of the lyrics, although I am not 100% . The "*[word]*" symbol means I am not sure that this was the word, or it is incorrect, and "***" that I couldn't understand the word. And I think that this melody was from the mid maybe late 70's.

    "*But* one night,
    eight o'clock it's morning
    i have my radio *drive*,
    we go round the ***,
    like from *club* to *club*,
*and* every day gotta phone till *dark*
drive the *modulation* at the *chemistry",
give a chance to *captain* at the ***** ***,
bail the into plastic *** little ***,
Than you can *** and hang ** till the afternoon

    Refrain:
    Radio, *color* and the radio,
Radio, due to *my little show*,
    wherever we might be
all around believe we need a *remedy*,

    Radio, *color* and the radio
    Radio, *** and little ***,
    doesn't **** music
then listen to the music of the radio
    whatever radio

    *But* one night
I can't wait to show you how
    my home's inside
    *but* only on moonlight
    if my upper right
would pack up and pay the **** guide
in every situation and then *radio* on
before I fall to sleep before I dream *alone*
I just want to listen to my ***** *guy*
I need some music to keep my world alive

    refrain

    bridge

    refrain

    fade out

This is the only song by a female artist I could think of that had "Radio" in it

You Turn Me On, I'm A Radio
    by Joni Mitchell

    If you're driving into town
With a dark cloud above you
    Dial in the number
    Who's bound to love you

Oh honey you turn me on
    I'm a radio
    I'm a country station
    I'm a little bit corny
    I'm a wildwood flower
    Waving for you
    Broadcasting tower
    Waving for you

    And I'm sending you out
    This signal here
I hope you can pick it up
    Loud and clear
I know you don't like weak women
    You get bored so quick
And you don't like strong women
'Cause they're hip to your tricks

    It's been dirty for dirty
    Down the line
    But you know
    I come when you whistle
    When you're loving and kind

But if you've got too many doubts
If there's no good reception for me
Then tune me out, 'cause honey
    Who needs the static
    It hurts the head
    And you wind up cracking
    And the day goes dismal

    From "Breakfast Barney"
    To the sign-off prayer
What a sorry face you get to wear
I'm going to tell you again now
    If you're still listening there

    If you're driving into town
With a dark cloud above you
    Dial in the number
    Who's bound to love you

If you're lying on the beach
    With the transistor going
    Kick off the sandflies honey
    The love's still flowing
If your head says forget it
    But your heart's still smoking
    Call me at the station
    The lines are open

No, that isn't the one i've been looking for, but I made an midi file from my memory, altough it isn't 100% accurate. Enter luc32.lx.ro\radio.mid, save it and open it with windows media player(it doesn't work with winamp).
